The 100% wool skipper's cardigan | Jeldou is characterized by the same roll neck as the men's items, but without the large cuffs at the bottom of the sweater and the sleeves. This gives the Jeldou skipper's cardigan a beautiful, stylish and feminine look. The Jeldou skipper's cardigan, as mentioned, is made from a sustainable wool quality, spun by Schoeller. This yarn distinguishes itself by its quality. This 100% wool yarn approaches the softness of Merino wool but has the strength of coarse wool. This makes the sweater hard-wearing and it can even withstand seawater. This yarn has these properties without being stiff.

This wool quality is referred to by us as Doge Jo Wol. “Doge Jo Wol?” is a popular Frisian saying and means: “Are you really good?”. Well, and if our wool is good! The wool is obtained from sheep that are kept in a good way. There is no animal cruelty and during the processing, respect for people, animals and the environment is applied.
