REPAIRS

Our seamstress is very skilled!

To ensure you enjoy your favourite items for as long as possible, in many cases we can repair a defect invisibly, or if desired, visibly, for example with a contrasting stitch.

Below you can read what we can do and the associated costs.

Please note: for some repairs, we recommend contacting your local tailor. They can do it just as well, which saves you the hassle of shipping.

Shipping: For round-trip shipping, we charge the current shipping costs. Currently, this is €7.50, so we charge €15.

Repairs: All prices mentioned below are indicative, based on the time our seamstress spends on the products. Therefore, the final price may differ from what is stated below. This will, of course, always be done in consultation!

Pilling: Free, we only charge for shipping. You could also choose to purchase a depiller yourself.

Broken seams: This is a repair that any tailor can perform. We therefore recommend having this done locally. Expect to pay around €10 if we have to do it.

Holes: Depends a bit on the size of the hole, but expect to pay €10 to €20. The holes will be mended with the color of the item, or a contrasting color.

Worn elbow: This is also a repair that many local tailors can perform. Expect to pay €25 if we have to do it.

Worn cuffs: This depends on the size of the defect. We can perform small repairs for €10. If it's a major repair, expect to pay €20 to €35.

Broken zipper: Sometimes we can still repair the zipper ourselves. For this, we usually only charge shipping costs. If we have to replace the zipper, expect to pay €30 for a sweater & €40 for a cardigan.

To report a defective item to us, follow these steps:

  • Send an email to service@roosensteinwolke.com
  • In your email, describe the issue and include a photo.
  • We will inform you of the estimated repair costs.
  • Upon your approval, we will provide you with a return label for shipping the item.
  • Wash the product according to the washing instructions* and send it to us.
  • We aim to return your item to you within one week of receipt.

* Please return products to us washed!

If this is not the case, we unfortunately cannot accept the product and shipping costs will still be charged.
