This 100% wool yarn approaches the softness of Merino wool but has the strength of virgin wool. This means the sweater can even withstand seawater. This yarn possesses these properties without being stiff.

We refer to this wool quality as Doge Jo Wol. “Doge Jo Wol?” is a popular Frisian expression meaning: “Are you really good?”. Well, our wool certainly is! The wool is obtained from sheep that are kept in a good way. There is no animal abuse, and during the processing, respect for people, animals, and the environment is paramount.
